Welcome to the Patient Lab!

Integrated healthcare implies the contribution of all involved parties.

It should thus be a priority to include the voice of those at the center of healthcare: current and future patients, caregivers, and professionals.

The Patient Lab aims to ensure the inclusion of patient and public partners in cancer research for the development of healthcare systems that respond to today’s and tomorrow’s needs and challenges.

We support researchers and patient/public partners all along their research projects and provide advice on best practices to ensure genuine partnership.

Affiliated to the Swiss Cancer Center Léman (SCCL), we are embedded in a network of state-of-the-art cancer research groups in Western Switzerland and develop solutions tailored to the regional context. Internationally, we collaborate with experts in the field of patient and public involvement all around the globe to promote a culture of researcher-patient partnership.
